very surreal to think back to where i was at 1 year ago in my ACL recovery ❤️‍🩹 doing lots of PT and still at like 8/9 out of 10 pain when doing inflections lol just here to show proof that cartwheels are possible after ACL surgery 🙏🥲

tbh so glad i left diet culture before glp-1s were a thing because they would be so tempting for me to try. but i know what happens when i diet. i know that my body will shrink but at a very high cost to my health - physically & mentally. intentional weight loss is not for me!!! there are MANY other ways i care for my body and part of that is accepting it how it is today, and still taking care of it as best i can 🫶 movement is for all bodies!!!
