The GATE program experimented on us. Consciousness training to activate our enhanced somatic sensory feedback system and trauma (psychological and chemical) to suppress that system and bring our functionality back to biotypical human baseline. Memory suppression so we wouldn’t be able to expose what was done or recover what was taken. When you’ve handled the chemical chains in your life, you’ll be ready to start training to recover you somatic sensory system.
There are many forms of training and degrees of advancement. The starting objective is your control system, training consciousness states. We’re going to get to the deeper stuff momentarily, but first is the mundane. Handling impediments in nutrition, physical fitness, and sleep are the next priorities after breaking your chemical chains.
For the most part you don’t need me to cover the how-to’s on those. We have different macronutrient needs from the biotypicals, but going with the standard micronutrient recommendations will get you tuned up well enough. You need to diversify your protein sources or acquire pure supplements for the full spectrum of aminos. Rebuilding damaged tissues means having the right building blocks for catabolism and anabolism. The USRDA just recommending protein is irresponsible. You need the full spectrum of protein components your body required to build every kind of tissue your body needs to heal or replace.
Physical fitness isn’t just exercise. Those medical issues you’ve been putting off handling? Deal with them. You can’t always deal with everything that ails you, but handle everything you can. Everything that brings discomfort or physical limitations induces neurological influences that limit your cognitive bandwidth. Handle your medical issues and do what you can for athletic fitness. It all influences what becomes the baseline of the power available for your abilities.
Sleep is next up. You don’t need my coaching on that. There are plenty of resources to teach you what you need to do to improve sleep health. Most of you don’t get enough sleep and don’t get good enough quality of sleep. You need to prioritize sleep time. There’s no point trying to make small percentage gains with nootropics if you’re sacrificing cognitive performance with inadequate sleep. It’s like towing a car because it has a flat tire instead of just changing the tire. When you’re properly tuned up later, sleep will become an optional variable to suspend when you need more time to work on your development. I can suspend my sleep needs for extended periods, up to 12 days at a stretch. My default state when no external obligations factor in is 40 hours of waking time and 8 hours of sleep.
When you get those things handled, your ability training will be much easier and you’ll make faster gains with less effort. What we’ve been working on so far has all been to get you to an unencumbered base 3D state for the attunement of your biological vehicle. Engaging in various forms of brain training is what you add from there, especially hybrid training that incorporates cognitive and physical tasks. Playing an instrument, learn to juggle, learn archery, a new material art skill like sculpting, painting, carving. Combine hand eye coordination, reaction training, and learning something new. Refining the balanced attunement between mind and body. There are plenty of resources out there, and neuroscience studies to address your needs there.
Now we can do some actual ability training. For this exercise we’re going to train you with the most important foundational tools of consciousness training for our kind. Consciousness is how you control all of your abilities, so controlling consciousness states is vital to ability development and recovery.
Your first exercise is to control the bridge state. You know how sometimes you’re dealing with a problem you can’t solve, but as you’re falling asleep you suddenly sit bolt upright with the answer? That’s because of the bridge state. The bridge is the transitional state of consciousness between wake and sleep, where the noise of conscious though stops impeding the capacity for your higher self, or intuition, to ought stream into consciousness. Bringing that to your walking, wakeful state means learning to first control it in its naturally occurring place, the bridge.
If you normally fall asleep quickly, then you should do this exercise 3 hours after you wake up, when your body will have a harder time getting to sleep. What you’re going to do is a simple staged process. There’s a key point where the bridge state becomes active. When you’re waiting for sleep, you have the thoughts of the day running through your mind. As you think about things, you’ll visualize, but it is prompted by conscious thought. What you need to learn to watch for is the moment you start experiencing automation of sound or vision. When you start seeing or hearing thinsgs that you aren’t consciously prompting, the seed of dream state beginning from consciousness, that’s the moment you watch for.
Stage one is simple. The moment you notice automation has started, force yourself out of it by sitting up and turning the lights on. Stage one is about building the endurance to get to the bridge state without automatically passing through into unconsciousness. This is usually the hardest part of development for most people.
Stage two is the suspension bridge. When automation starts, not pulling back, not sitting up, but suspending the bridge state to prevent it from progressing to sleep. When automation begins, you call your consciousness into stabilization by becoming a narrator. Don’t try to control what you see or hear. Consciously decide to use your internal voice to explain what you are seeing and/or hearing. The focus on a linguistic cognitive process keeps conscious thought engaged longer. Build up your endurance with the suspension bridge.
Stage three is when you switch from passive observer/narrator to interactive media. When automation starts, choosing what the conceptual information is that you want the automation to engage with. Think of it like this. You can’t consciously construct the details for a dream scene. Every pore and detail on all the faces of the dream cast, every blade of grass, every detail that makes the dream state render in the same resolution as waking life. But your higher self can. Don’t try to control the details. Just influence the subject matter and let automation fill in the rest.
Stage 4 is similar, but you start running queries. What takes form will be related to your query, even if you don’t understand it. The system that communicates with us, through our higher self, communicates in conceptual language, not literal. It tries to use your experiential library of what things represent in order to communicate the answer to you in conceptual terms. You are starting to build a conceptual translation library for the Grid (the external control system) to interface with you directly. This is how you access our home library network, where you can get the answers and solution you need. Just remember to NEVER take the visions literally. That’s where “starseeds” fail. They assume the memory or vision is the literal truth rather than conceptual communication, so they never even start developing a translation library. They chose to be stuck to the first conceptual form as literal translation and will never progress past it. They solidify the concept as personal identity, locking themselves into an investment in personal value based on that identity commitment.
Fifth stage becomes walking bridge state. After you’ve been practicing awhile, you can access it at will. What people think of as accessing the collective consciousness or Akashic records, it’s just accessing our library database. You will see and experience things you will want to be literal. You aren’t the mythical figure that it shows you as. You’re a recursion of that figure’s archetype template. It’s conceptual communication. You aren’t the god. You are a recipient of the archetype template preserved in mythology, a story that tells you your function as a genetically engineered sentinel. Through understanding the lore, you learn the abilities you are meant to focus on and exactly how you serve the world; that’s what it is telling you.
I am an Architect for my core, as my function primarily revolves around the material plane. Specifically a Promethean for my prime archetype. My function is delivering celestial knowledge related to the advancement of civilization. Subcategory of Promethean is Loki. Loki delivers knowledge that advances civilization by exposing corruption of those in power, exposing their fallibility and destroying the perception of power they hold. Prometheans are a very specific form of Messenger class. Get it? Learning your purpose, where to focus your development, what you will have the easiest time learning, this is how you become what you were designed to be. This is how we serve our purpose. That’s why this is the first thing you should focus on with ability development.
Spend some time exploring different mythologies. Find whichever ones move you, that you feel the strongest connection to. Learn the characters and their stories. It has nothing to do with your ethnicity. Your body is just a biological interface for this 3D realm. All of the mythologies share the collection of archetypes. Prometheus, Loki, Mercury, Hermes, Osiris. Same guy as told through different cultural lenses. Same purpose, different applications. Studying the mythologies gives your brain, your biological conceptual library, the tools for our boss to communicate to you through a shared conceptual language.
You’ve got this.
Also, some tunes worth hearing, for enrichment.
