1. Pulling a P&L from your system
2. Auditing your subscriptions for duplicates and tools doing double duty
3. Sorting what came in and what went out

Keep your judgment for the decisions:
1. Spot-checking that the numbers are right
2. Deciding if an offer is costing you money
3. Choosing what you can afford over the next 30 to 90 days

If you only track two things, make it these. Cash flow: can you keep the business running for the next 30 to 90 days? Profitability: are your offers making enough to be worth your time?
