I still can’t believe the installers and the company left it this way. The customer tried calling multiple times to have it fixed and they completely ghosted them! What’s even crazier to me, is that it was a Costco reseller or vendor (whatever they’re called) who left them hanging 😉. Does anyone know if Costco guarantees work done by the company reps in their stores? Costco

The cabinet company is called Reborn Cabinets and they were recently purchase by another company. I would say they were struggling with the transition, but no, this customer dealt with the bad cabinet and no responses for almost a year!
