While referrals are not guaranteed just because you become a BNI member, selling through the room and not to the room usually leads to success in BNI. Build your relationships the right way, through confidence and trust, and the referrals will follow. Your members will naturally want to use you themselves when the need arises.

Our Baton Rouge Area BNI Director/Consultant team had our first strategy meeting of the year. We celebrated BNI’s 40th birthday with King Cake calzones from Rotolo's. Congrats to Ivan Misner for turning the idea of a better way to network into a successful global organization. Lots of great things planned for the next 40 years!
