41 years running gyms and martial arts studios.

He didn't retire when the industry slowed down.

He pivoted.

He knows exactly what that 2.83% processing fee feels like coming out the other side.

Jeremy is a maintenance supervisor from Nevada.

12-hour shifts. 3 to 4 days a week.

And on the side...?

He flips cars. Runs an eBay store. Co-owns Airbnb units.

Built multiple income streams while working one of the most demanding jobs out there.

So, when he found a business model that runs on autopilot between shifts?

He didn't overthink it.

First location locked down.

Ian is a city government employee out of San Jose, California.

The job pays some of the bills.

But it was never the plan.

He'd already built something of his own before: a media and events company.

Gave it everything.

Then watched the whole industry get oversaturated.

Closed it down.

Most people would stop there.

Ian didn't.

He found a business model built on infrastructure. Not trends. Not hype. Not another market that could flip overnight.

The kind of business that runs whether the economy is up or down.

Secured location #1.

Then went straight back for #2.

Two streams of residual income. Running on auto-pilot. While he still shows up to that government job.
