Truth be told.
My career looks amazing... on paper!

But the truth is, there is SO much that no one sees....

• The Hidden Hurdles: The times my work was stolen, being told to change my hair to get a promotion, and being removed from the executive ready list because I chose my family first.

• The Setbacks: Seven lateral moves that grew my responsibility but didn't always reflect in my title or salary.

• The Pivot: The moment I decided to bet on myself.That diverted path—writing my devotional journals like Hallelujahs and Hiccups, being featured on national TV, and launching The Hello Maximizher podcast—is where the real growth happened.

Stop comparing your "real life" with someone else's highlight reel.

We're all on our own path and a unique timeline.

If you're in a valley, hang in there. Sometimes the greatest heights come from the moments you stop waiting for a seat at the table and decide to build your own.

Inclusion is an invitation. Belonging is a feeling. But 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴?

𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿.
As we wrap up Women’s History Month, I’m shifting the narrative.
Many women spent years fighting for a seat at the table (Inclusion) and a sense of fit (Belonging). Now, it’s time to talk about 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.

A seat at the table is not the prize if it requires a performative mask. When belonging is conditional on assimilation, it creates an authenticity gap that breeds imposter syndrome.

If success requires a manufactured persona, you aren't leading—you're performing.

𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁. 𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.

❝Mattering is the ultimate human validation. It is the quiet, unshakable conviction that the world—and the work—would look different if you weren't in the room. You aren't just a part of the team; you are a piece of the purpose.❞

That alone puts you ahead of most people who just consume content and never execute.

Paid courses are not always bad. But too many people are buying confidence instead of building capability.
