A 150-pound bluefin tuna took center stage at for an immersive dinner that blended culinary theater with Mediterranean flair.
On Thursday, March 5, guests gathered at Maison Ostrow for a Bluefin Tuna Cutting Ceremony that transformed dinner into a live culinary spectacle. The evening featured renowned alongside Chef and the acclaimed New York fish-cutting team from who rolled a whole 150-pound tuna into the dining room before expertly carving it tableside. The interactive, chef-led experience unfolded over a six-course progression, with dishes prepared and served moments after the fish was cut.
Highlights of the menu included delicate thon cru dressed with olive oil, citrus and fresh horseradish; plancha-seared tuna loin with preserved lemon, capers and tarragon; and a richly flavored tuna collar finished Provençal-style with orange peel and fennel seed.
The evening was paired with selections from Herzog Wine Cellars, with Director of Winemaking David Galzignato guiding guests through each pour, while live music and a cigar sommelier added to the lively, standing reception-style celebration.

Earlier this week, Executive Retail Shops hosted World of Wonder at Casa Neos in Miami, an evening celebrating luxury and discovery within the private aviation experience.

Guests joined us for an immersive night featuring curated brand moments including Le Salon Sucré, The House of Smoke, and Spirit of the Sea, alongside spirits tastings, live entertainment, and experiential activations throughout the evening.

Each experience was designed to celebrate craftsmanship and the art of storytelling through brand and hospitality.

A special thank you to our incredible partners including CHANEL, Gurkha Ci**rs, Bacardi, Diageo, Mast-Jägermeister US, Inc., MONARQ - Drinks Distribution & Marketing Group, Moët Hennessy, Rémy Cointreau, William Grant & Sons, Gold Bar Spirits Company, and 120% LINO for helping bring the evening to life.
