Ms. Facey has over twenty years of experience as a placement agency owner and founded The Chef Company out of the strong need she perceived within the private culinary industry for a more exclusive, individualized employment and hiring resource. “The need for personalized culinary services has grown tremendously over the last decade,” says Ms. Facey. “Years ago, it seemed that hiring a private chef was more for a select few. Oh so lovely. Stunning hues and delectable fillings. French Macarons evoke both delight and fear among culinary professionals. Have you ever made French Macarons?
