Collaboration with our Customer: Design Thinking

We recently brought our team and customer together for a hands-on design thinking session, focused on understanding the challenges, exploring possibilities, and building solutions together.

For Avionica, LLC, collaboration means more than listening to our customers. It means working alongside them to understand what matters, identify opportunities, and turn real-world needs into practical solutions.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Captain Barrington Irving and the team from the Barrington Irving Technical Training School (BITTS) to Avionica, LLC.

It was a great opportunity to connect, share what we do, and talk about the technology, people and possibilities shaping the future of aviation.

And, of course, we had to join in on Barrington’s Airplane Challenge with a paper airplane of our own. ✈️

We presented a paper airplane as a small symbol of the Barrington Irving’s Airplane Challenge and the spirit behind it: encouraging the next generation to dream, build, explore and take flight.

Thank you to the BITTS team for spending time with us. We’re proud to support the work being done to open doors and create pathways into aviation.

The future of aviation starts with the people willing to build it.

✈️ What a week for the Avionica, LLC team on the road!

From Singapore to Washington, DC, it was a week filled with conversations, connections and plenty of time with the people who make this industry so great.

Pulkit Goenka spent the week in Singapore, connecting with customers, partners and industry friends at PAM APAC and MRO Asia-Pacific. Two great events, lots of great conversations and plenty of momentum to bring home.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Del Rio and Melissa Lyn Pennline were in Washington, DC, for the RAA Leaders Conference, meeting with regional aviation leaders and making many new connections along the way.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, grabbed a few minutes with us, shared a conversation, or simply said hello. We truly appreciate the opportunity to get out there, meet our customers and industry friends face-to-face, and keep the conversations going.

And thank you to the entire Avionica team for the support that makes these trips possible. It takes a team to keep things moving, both on the road and back home.

Now it’s time to catch our breath, unpack the bags and put all those great conversations to work. 😉

September 11 | We Remember

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the families, first responders, heroes, and all those whose lives were forever changed.

We remember the courage, compassion, and strength that carried us through the days that followed. From all of us at Avionica, LLC and our families, we honor those we lost and those who showed extraordinary courage with heartfelt respect and gratitude.

We will never forget.
