This year, Daniil Lapshin celebrates 10 years with LANCK Telecom. 🎉

📡 Daniil joined the company as a Technical Support Engineer, handling voice service tickets and learning the infrastructure from the ground up. Over time, he moved into Carrier Relations, managed partner portfolios across MENA, South Asia, Eastern Europe, and CIS, and developed extensive experience in commercial terms, route stability, and traffic quality. His technical background later helped him combine infrastructure knowledge with an understanding of partner needs and how telecom services work behind the scenes.

🔍 Today, Daniil is Key Account Manager for Eurasia and DID. He manages key accounts across Europe and CIS, focusing on DID number provisioning, partner onboarding, compliance checks, and ensuring every number is properly verified and ready for use.

His colleagues describe him as someone they can always rely on: a strong specialist with an original way of thinking, a love for complex tasks, and the confidence to take on new projects that matter to the company.

🤖 Outside of work, Daniil loves technology and gadgets. A self-described data nerd, he is always exploring a new tool, system, or smarter way to make things work.

✨ Our anniversary journey continues. Before we look at where we are today, we’re making another stop in LANCK Telecom’s story.

📡 In 2007–2012, LANCK Telecom continued expanding its global infrastructure, launching new PoPs across key regions, and strengthening the systems behind service quality and operational efficiency.
This period also brought industry recognition, with LANCK Telecom nominated for “Best Central & Eastern European Wholesale Carrier” at the Capacity Awards.

🎉 This year, Maksim Skorykh celebrates 5 years with LANCK Telecom.
Maksim joined the company in 2021 as an assistant to the SMS sales team, working with worldwide Sender ID registration. It turned out to be a great way to dive into telecom and build knowledge he still uses every day.

Today, Maksim is Market Manager—CIS & Europe, working directly with customers and suppliers across Europe and Central Asia. Over these five years, he has grown together with the company and become a trusted part of the team.

His colleagues describe him as someone you can always rely on. Maksim remembers the details, keeps tasks under control, and stays calm even when a lot is happening at once.
He also brings humor and warmth to the office. When Maksim is around, the team says there is always a good atmosphere—and usually a good laugh too. 😄

Outside of work, Maksim enjoys cooking. According to him, his sausage rolls and Pavlova cake are definitely worth trying. 👨‍🍳
