📢 Attention: Pilots, Aircraft Owners, Aviation Businesses, Flight Schools & More

The FAA has introduced new compliance requirements under 14 CFR Part 3, Subpart C, mandating that all FAA Certificate holders with a permanent overseas address must appoint a U.S. Agent for Service.

🛑 Who Needs to Comply?
