Need something to do with the family this Saturday night? 🍌🏃‍♀️

Come join Big Spring Run Crew at 7 PM and help us make Big Spring healthier, one mile at a time.

We’re bringing back our Banana Run— previously known as the banana Accountability Run 😂

Here’s how it works: runners dm me to put a name on their banana to motivate them to SHOW UP.

You show up → you earn your banana. 🍌
You don't show up → your banana publicly withers into a sad Banana of Shame 😂
Bananas of Shame eventually resurrect and become banana bread of redemption, which is fuel for our next weeks run.

Anyways, now you know how it works!

Come run, walk, bring the kids, bring the bikes, chase a PR, knock out your long run, or just get a mile in with your community.
