Sales Representative ($100k-$175k)

We would be nothing without our successful sales team. We’re seeking a qualified sales representative to help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Tasked with giving presentations, serving customers at a high level and representing our brand, it’s essential that our sales rep be personable and professional.

Objectives of this Role
•Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
•Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
•Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to contact existing or potential sales prospects
•Develop and implement sales action plan through CRM management, and adjust sales techniques based on sales interactions and results

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
•Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales presentations, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
•Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling
•Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring

Skills and Qualifications
•2+ years in successful sales experience (flexible)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
•Proficiency with sales and CRM software
•Personal integrity
•Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
•Strong organizational skills

ARC Energy Solutions is currently in the midst of its busiest part of the year. This means an amazing time to get started in a very profitable and thriving industry.

We are currently looking to expand our team here locally in Utah. This is a position that requires you to go door to door to speak with home owners about giving them a no charge energy loss analysis on their homes. We then have our inspector come back to give the home a complete analysis and show them where all their energy is being lost in the home. You then assist the customer in understanding there port and how it works with solar. You then facilitate the sale for the customer.

This is truly not a difficult job but it is not for everyone. You must be someone serious about putting in the work to get the results.

This is an easy 6 figure a year position but again you must put in the work. We will teach and train you on everything you need to be successful here with us the rest is up to you.

We are looking for an experienced sales expert who has experience in solar sales or door to door experience.

Most all of your appointments would be provided for you based on our marketing and appointment setting team however generating some of your own appointments would be possibly required based on lead volume we produce.

The job is Commision based but pays very very well. Our top earner this year has made over $240k and an average consultant should make no less than $120k a year.

We are an energy solutions company that help homes become as efficient as possible as well as helping them go solar if it is a good fit.

We are currently seeking canvassers to set up free in home energy inspections.
A canvasser would go door to door speaking with potential customers setting up appointments for the free inspections the canvasser will not be doing any sales.
We pay an hourly plus bonuses.

This is a great job for anyone who doesn’t like to be sitting behind a desk all day and doesn’t like a boss breathing over their shoulders.
