1. Prepare the Pots
Choose 3 pots that can nest with space in between (e.g., large, medium, small).
Seal the drainage holes of the two upper pots with silicone or waterproof sealant so water doesn’t leak out.
Leave the bottom pot's drainage hole open if placing outdoors (for overflow), or seal it if indoors.
2. Install the Pump
Place the submersible pump in the bottom (largest) pot.
Feed the plastic tubing through the center holes of the two smaller pots, starting from the bottom.
Attach the tubing to the pump.
3. Stack the Tiers
Use bricks or pot risers inside the base pot to elevate the second pot.
Repeat for the third pot, making sure they’re centered and stable.
The tubing should extend to the top pot and be just below the water line.
4. Secure and Seal
Use silicone or putty around the tubing entry points to prevent leaks.
Let sealant dry according to the instructions (usually 24 hours).
5. Add Water and Decorations
Fill each tier with water.
Add decorative stones around the edges and on top of the tubing to hide it.
Optional: add waterproof LED lights.
6. Power It Up
Plug in the pump and test the water flow.
Adjust the flow with the pump settings or by trimming the tubing if needed.
💡 Tips:
Place it on a level surface.
Clean the pump regularly to prevent clogging.
Use distilled water to avoid algae and mineral buildup.
Add a solar pump if you want an eco-friendly outdoor version.
