We specialize in machining projects ranging from one-off prototypes to full production runs. Last week, our operations included working with 416 stainless steel, 6061 aluminum, and Delrin. Notably, we successfully produced 100 416 stainless steel pins, maintaining a tolerance of 0.0002 inches on the diameter using our lathe. To ensure their safe delivery, these pins were shipped to the customer in custom 3D-printed trays.

This new year has been incredibly productive for us! Our mill operator has been exceptionally efficient in producing parts. In just the first two weeks, we have successfully shipped to 6 different customers. With 29 diverse setups in various materials, we have managed to create parts ranging from .300 diameter to 5.00. It's been a busy and successful start to the year!
