This week, we’re excited to hear from one of our very own, Heath Peterson with BankTennessee, who proudly holds the banking seat at One in a Millington BNI!

After spending 25 years in the insurance industry, Heath decided to take on a new adventure! He now serves as a Sales Manager and Loan Officer with BankTennessee, and he’s loving this new chapter of his career!

With years of experience under his belt, Heath knows a thing or two about building relationships, serving customers, and making meaningful connections.

Yesterday we had the opportunity to hear from one of our own, Dustin Kitchens with Elite Plumbing, and learn a little more about everything he and his team can do!

And when we say everything, we mean it! From cleaning pipes and everyday service calls to new construction and more - Dustin is definitely the guy you want to know when a plumbing need comes up!

But what we loved most about Dustin’s presentation wasn’t just learning about plumbing. It was hearing the heart behind his business. ❤️

As a Pastor first and Plumber second, Dustin is very open about his devotion to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and his desire to run Elite Plumbing in a way that reflects his faith. Those values carry over into the way he treats his customers, his employees, and the people in our community.

That’s one of our favorite things about BNI - we don’t just get to learn what our members do. We get to learn who they are, what they stand for, and why we feel confident referring our friends and family to them.
