The interlude of early Obsidian Princesses and Erbium daughters
Euphoria Tells her Son Erudite, About the Obsidian Princess Party
“Mother so good to see you,” said Erudite.
“Well, I have called you twice each day, and still did not get an answer,” said Euphoria. (Euphoria was Erudite’s and Erratic’s mother, Entrust’s wife.) He hugged her. His wife Trina had almost died recently. He was a mess emotionally. The worse part was, she would die soon. The doctor told him, she had a heart problem, from a childhood disease.
“Mom I really mean it. You look well. What can I do for you?” Asked Erudite.
“I will talk with you, after the kids go to bed,” said Euphoria. “I leave tomorrow. Escalate
needs me home.” She had been at Erratic’s for a few days too.
“Okay mom,” said Erudite. “Eloquence and Excell the two non Elusive’s to, marry Erudite’s children, stayed for dinner. Meet your soon to be spouses, grand mom.” After dinner, Euphoria took Eloquence, Elocution’s fiancée, into the library.
“I suppose, it is good, that I came to meet you before my grandson marries you. I have talked with the queen. We are having a party for Element, Erudite’s (second,) daughter. (Erudite had another daughter with a Starlynn at the wedding of Olivia and Aaron and Thorne and Emera. He had twins a boy and girl, that he didn’t know about at this time.), The queen has invited her girls and princess Livy and daughter Princess Avery are there also,” said Euphoria.
“Now this is a secret, so we are not going to tell the other kids, outside the Elusive family. This is what happened. I was told yesterday. Excell Egress talked with Argyll and asked Avery, if Element could meet the princesses. The princesses decided to go to Chez Claude’s and have a shower for her. We are to be in long gowns,” said Euphoria.
“I think, you and Element need to get a dress for this. I am going to Yittrium on Tuesday,” said Euphoria to Eloquence. Your mom and your sister Elm and Eider, your brother Effuse’s wife, will come along. I will buy you and my grandchildren dresses and other clothes and you will put in the registry for the things, you will want for your home. That will be your requests for the wedding goers. You will have your choice of other clothes from me your grandmother,” said Euphoria.
“I am taking you, Element, and Ebecca. Elara is a little young, so she will get a dress but not one for the shower, unless Trina thinks, it okay to get a dress for meeting the Princesses. Now, you will help Element choose a dress. I will tell her, she will need a few dresses for parties, after she is married. I think, we will use the cover, Excell, will as a Sentinel guard, be going to wedding clusters. This will be true,” said Euphoria. “You will go also my dear.”
“You will need dresses too for the same reason. But we are going to get a few of these dresses, before the shower. I want you to have, a list of things, for your home, you want, for your house. I am going to ask Erudite for a house here on Erbium, for each of you. I will feel Emera out for the princesses to come to your shower, if you would like,” said Euphoria.
“Oh! What should I call you?” Asked an excited Eloquence.
“Grand-mom is good,” said Euphoria. She laughed.
“Oh! Grand-mom, this sounds so exciting,” said Eloquence. “If they would come, I would be so excited. Yes, I will go with you to get dresses, but I don’t have money.”
“Money is not a problem. I am going to go all out. We will request a ship to Yittrium. We will stay at the hotel and get dresses for the event, all on my dime. Now, I’m quite excited about this. The princesses might have to get dresses too, so Element might meet them at Yittrium also. Anyway dear, just going to Yittrium makes me excited. You and most of the women of the Elusive, Egress, Escalate, and Equanimity families will be with us, so be happy. This should be a fun week,” said Euphoria.
“Your mom and you will have a room together. Anyway, you need to talk with Elocution, about what you need for kitchen and bathroom. Our family, the Elusives, will get things for the kitchen. The bathroom will be left to Egress, Escalate, and your family the Equanimity family. Now, I must talk with Excell. How about you tell Ebecca, Element, and Elara, we are all going to Yittrium to get dresses for when, they will be at a cluster, weddings?” Asked Euphoria. Eloquence you might, have to be undercover with her husband and would need several dresses.”
“Sounds so exciting grandmom,” said Eloquence. She went told Ebecca, Element, and Elara about the dresses. They were jumping around in the drawing room.
Excell Learns a Valuable Lesson
Excell went in to meet his soon grandmother-in-law Euphoria in the parlor.
“Excell, you are marrying into the family, my family. I am going to take Element to Yittrium for dresses. I think, your plan for the queen has ballooned into the queen wanting to have a shower for Element. I want you to remember my warning. Think of it as a friendly reminder. Now, what you do not know is, Element’s mother was a courtesan, of Althea’s, Neon house. Excell gulped. “Yes. She was a favorite of Althea’s. She was not a practicing courtesan. But having Althea, as your grandmother is at the least, daunting. Now, you make friends with Elocution. Althea would be upset, if she were not invited,” said Euphoria.
“Oh! Mrs. Elusive, I am so sorry,” said Excell. “I didn’t know. I asked Argyll to help.”
“Well, Argyll doesn’t know everything either. Fortunately, there will be no men at the party. There will be many cat calls to Erudite, if Althea is known to be the real mother of Trina. For now, Althea will be happy to just go to the party. We can’t keep Althea from all these family functions, so at lunch, I will discuss about her to the ladies. Most of the men, know she is Trina’s mother but Erudite is embarrassed about it. We are going to be rubbing this, what he considers an insult in his face. Now, I need you to promise me, you will from now on, ask Elocution about what you plan to do with my granddaughter, when it involves the family,” said Euphoria.
“Oh! Ma’am, I am so sorry,” said Excell.
“Well, the problem is with our family and we need to have a shower anyway. The fact, it will be on the message board, is the only problem. Althea will be incognito. She is not wanting to let her grandchildren be known, to the world, to be connected with her, either. So we will inform the ladies, when we get dresses for the shower event at Chez Claude’s with the queen and the four princesses. Just for future information, the Elusive family is getting bigger. There will be secrets you all will learn, and most know, these secrets are family secrets. Nothing will be revealed by the new members to the world. You are marrying into Erudite’s family. He is pretty much the king of Erbium. It is best not, to get on his bad side. I’ll smooth it over for now Excell, but let Elocution know anything, you want to do from now on, with Element, that might be put on a message board,” said Euphoria.
“Yes ma’am can you ever forgive me?” Asked Excell.
“Already forgotten, and call me grandmom,” said Euphoria. “I’ll smooth it over with Erudite. He will eventually know, you are just crazy in love with his daughter.” Okay kiss her, don’t tell her your plan, but be happy, when we have this contact with the royals.” Grandmom laughed.
The kids went home. Excell and Eloquence lived nearby to each other. They took Excell’s carriage and he left Eloquence off, at her home. Grandmom went in to talk with Erudite.
“Hmm! I wasn’t surprised something was going on, but I’m surprised you are involved mom,” said Erudite.
“Well, honey, this is something that I don’t want to tell you,” said Euphoria. “But I think, it can be contained. So let me tell you.”
“Ooookay,” said Erudite.
“You know how Element wants to meet the royals,” said Euphoria.
“Oh! S**t mom,” said Erudite. All of the realization came to Erudite at once. “S**t, s**t, s**t.” He was silent for a moment. “Well, go ahead.”
“Excell asked Argyll, to ask Avery, if they could meet with the princesses. The girls, the princesses decided to have a shower dinner at Chez Claude’s. Emera called me and said, she would be happy to host the party, if I would inform the Erbium families. Emera called me. That was the first, I knew about it,” said Euphoria.
“Oh! Mom, we will have to invite the Egress, Escalate, and Equanimity families also. I have kept Althea, a secret for such a long time. Only the elders and a few my age, know about her. The message board will get a picture. For God’s sakes, she is their grandmother. They will want a picture of her,” said Erudite. Euphoria laughed.
“It’s not funny, mom,” said Erudite. She laughed all the more.
“Well, honey, we will have Althea remain partially, camouflaged. I think, we can truthfully say, it might be dangerous for the children to be known as grandchildren of Althea’s,” said Euphoria.
“Well, you are right as usual,” said Erudite. “I think, I will ask, Ward to see, if there will be a problem with the press releases. He can see into the future.” Ben Ward’s brother did and there was no problem despite Erudite doing something with Elona, Excell’s niece by his brother, Erro Egress, on another trip for Elocutions wedding. Trina saw Elements wedding but had died before Elocutions wedding. All new dresses were obtained at Yittrium for his wedding, months later.
“I will talk with the women to make sure, the secret of Althea is kept and I will discuss the repercussions, if the press knew about the grandmother Althea. Anyway, Trina might be well enough to come. I think, you should make arrangements for her to be more in the forefront, and grandmom in the shadows.
Now, I have several related questions. I am taking the girls down to and Elara to Yittrium, to get dresses, under the guise, they will need them for cluster weddings, with their guard husbands. I need to know, where the children will all live. That would be Elocution and Element. The shower will net us, kitchen and bathroom things. We may not, have such a big shower for Elegance, but I want her to have everything, Element will have. Have you made a decision about homes?” Asked Euphoria.
“No, I have not made any decisions and now that Excell has drawn attention to our skeletons in the closet, I’m not inclined to give him a house,” said Erudite.
“Erudite, your baby girl is going to have a horrible life, if you do not give her and Excell, a house,” said Euphoria. “You are not hurting him, that much. He will as a Sentry guard, have a descent salary but he will put it all, into the house, and then, the children will come.”
“I know. But I really want to beat him up for causing us, so much trouble,” said Erudite.
“Well, we need to know, what the houses will look like,” said Euphoria. “We need to get things for the bathrooms and kitchens. I will splurge for a living room couch, and two recliner chairs for both the kids. Oh! and a pair of end tables for both of them. He (Excell) and Elocution will have to come with us to Yittrium to pick out the things the kids want. It would be good, if both men came.” Erudite was head of the guard and could ask for them, to have time off for Yittrium.
“You are to let them both come, get what they want and need and set up a registry for both men. The aunts will help. This is just important, my son. We will do this Tuesday and stay three nights. I and the aunts, your father’s brothers wives and Eurika will take the kids to the theater, at night and clothes shopping, every morning and in the afternoon, the furniture stores and that kitchen/bath shop. The afternoon will be a nap, and we are going to go to that gigantic water park. This is non negotiable too.” Erudite frowned. “Now, say yes mother, and be happy you can put this buying frenzy, to the women’s job,” said Euphoria.
“Yes, ma’am” said Erudite. “I might just pop in and see, what you are spending my money on and it might be a day off for me and Erratic.” Mom looked a bit peaked.
“Mom, don’t worry. We are not there to find women. We will go to that water park,” said Erudite. I want to see, if I can stand Element’s decor. Both laughed at that.

Errer Roommate of Erudite
The next day all reached to go to Yittrium merchant planet to find everything for the wedding, their home and several outfits, dresses, and sport’s clothes.
“I’m glad you are here Erratic,” said Erudite. “Karsden is invaluable. He knows what not to bother me with and what is priority. I need you to do something. I sent Erst to Neon.”
“How did you do that? I’ve been wanting him to do that for years,” said Erratic. Erudite laughed.
“Well, they are having a problem with some ruffians,” said Erudite. “You are to go tonight Erratic. I’ll explain later.”
Well, it was all very organized on the Erbium side. Erudite and Erratic came up with a plan to have help for Neon. That planet seemed to attract derelicts of sorts. If they were lonely wino’s, Althea had told Rose to have one of the guards give the men food, and if it were cold, she had a warmed building for them, to lie on mattresses, on the floor. Awhile back, a group of ruffians began to meet in the city, at night.
There had always been problems with thieves but this group began to organize into couples and attack a lone person. One would confuse the mark. The other would take their stash of cash. Soon, the group sent another person to down the mark. Errer guard of Neon wrote a letter to Erudite. The person attacked was left beat up.
Erudite had Erratic’s son, Erst go and see, if he could identify the men. On his way over, the group began accosting women and groping them. When they arrived late at night, the ruffians had defiled, a woman to the end of her being in a stupor and in shock. She was unresponsive. Windette the madam/mistress of Neon now, after Rose and Althea had the poor girl in a padded cell with a comforter and mattress assembly, similar to a bed bolted to the floor.
They had this room for uncontrollable people. In the past, they used this room for mentally challenged, or some that were, in a violent mental state. The room was rather comfortable. The bed had no way, for a person to hurt themselves or in some cases hang themselves. Anyway the girl Solange was in shock, and didn’t move around much. Many weeks later, she would hold her knees and rock for hours. Windette hugged her, when she got a few minutes the next day and in the weeks in the future. Although Solange was not responsive, she had tears in her eyes. Erst came to have a look. (Ebecca, Erudite’s oldest daughter sent a rather large teddy bear. Solange immediately hugged the bear, which Erst gave to Solange.)
As soon as, the Elusives realized the problem, they asked Lockley to bring them to Neon post haste. He did but called his brother. He, Swathstone thought to stay. He didn’t ask for a woman but he did look them over. Lockley Gallium infused Solange to help with her sorrow. He gave her some energy to fight her depression.
“She is still in there. She teared up when I hugged her,” said Windette nicknamed Winda. Erst looked at Winda. He had never been to Neon. He had thought, “These women hard and not having emotions similar to most people.” Erst lost his courtesan, when she had Eager. Eager was healthy, but she had a long labor. Winston had just entered the East verse. He was training doctors but the Erbiums were usually okay with births. Anyway, Erst’s woman died. He had Euphony, Errs daughter and another married woman, who needed money watch Eager, most times. Euphony did not, need money and Micah did not, need money. He was a prince and, until he had children and wanted to find something to do, he was in his wife Euphony’s, way.
The boys grew older. They went to school so, they were cared for, but Erratic gave Erst, jobs, when he could, that were conducive to the boys having much time with their dad. Erratic made sure, Erst and his kids were fed and had a house near the nursemaid. Now, Erst was Erratic’s stoic helper. When Erratic would want to kill someone, Erst would talk Erratic out of it, usually with some humor. Recently, Erst would do double, guard duty, and had Eager and sometimes, Extant help him. Erst gained a small castle on Erbium but he often stayed in town on Obsidian at a small home with four bedrooms. One for each of his sons and another room for guests.
He brought Eager this time. Extant was in the Gypsum verse a full time, administrator guard, of King Atherton. There was a mandatory meeting of the guards of the Sentry, each year. Except for the war year on Gypsum, Extant had not missed a meeting. Currently, Extant was setting Argyll up in Argubite after the short war in the past Between Renton and Gypsum. Extant was king Atherton’s, chief of security. Eager and Erst went to visit Extant and the duo were there for the war.
Eager and Erst had had Savannah, as their assignment. They had plenty of time together. Although, Extant was not usually, recently, protecting, the Starlynn’s, he having an important Starlynn granddaughter for a wife, he was always, recently, invited to the formal and fun events of the Starlynn’s.
Atherton, unless he had a problem, would always allow Extant time with Jillian on Starlynn. Sometimes, especially when a wedding, ball, or birthday of a family member, Atherton would get an invite for himself, his sister, and brother. Extant was to be there in case, his majesty Atherton needed him. There were always lots of family members at these events. The Elusives and Erbiums relatives and others would be the guards of the Starlynn’s. The families met often at these events. Embark was often put in charge for a weekend, when all Entrust’s family were required to show up, for a family function.
Erst looked at Solange, the girl. She was in shock. He knew, this look from the Actimony war. He was on the ship, a youth, not old enough for battle, but ready for it, especially, when Extant and family were expected, if necessary. He felt bad and realized, the situation must be dire. “Oh! Yes, Miss Winda, we will take care of this for you, Neon and just for the sake of decency,” said Erst. Windette went in hugged Solange, then left with Erst.
“I don’t know, what we will do with her now. She was adamant, she would not be a courtesan for us. We had her slated for cleaning. She was going to a rooming house. We told her to bring her clothes after work. She was on her way here, when, I would suspect, more than a couple men attacked her. Errer, the Neon head of the Guard of Althea’s, now my Neon, heard her moaning in the bushes. He and his son Edict, brought her to the house. I had them put her in that room. I stayed with her, until I had to start that morning. I don’t think, she slept. Anyway, I can keep her to recover, but she really, needs someone to hold her, and talk her, out of this stupor. It is a shame. She is a good worker,” said Windette.
“Well, let me think, what could happen to help you,” said Erst. “First, I will have to get help with this situation, of attacking people. My uncle, king Erudite had told Erratic about the assignment,” said Erst. Erratic realized, his son had never been to Neon. He thought, “Erst’s ideas about the women there somewhat provincial.” Before his last assignment, Erratic talked with Erst, but wasn’t sure, Erudite would have Erst be in charge of the mission. “This would be the perfect solution to Erst’s disapproval of Erratic’s relationship with his wife Kaye,” Erratic thought. Also, Erst had not gotten over being angry with Erratic about sending Extant to Neon as a teen. He made sure, Eager was not sent on a fishing trip, (translation, trip to Neon with his cousins.) Actually, his cousins were married now and were not inclined to step out on their wives. Only a few Erbiums went to Neon, in any pattern, now.
Now, the ships were going to other verses to collect the kids for Prehnite. The planet where Neon was located was still on the route of some of them. There were more kids from those planets and most of the Erbium boys went, but it was not found out, by the non-Erbium male parent. Eager did go to Neon, when he was in school, despite his grandfather thinking him not interested enough. Scratch had married the Gloom girl he courted, but he needed extra money sometimes. He still would take a bunch of kids there, but not regularly.
Windette had her own shuttle there from Prehnite. She also had one from the nearby planets to Neon to collect people from the planets around Mangano. This made her business better, especially since, some nearby planets were resort planets. There was a planet in the Gypsum verse, besides Renton, a Clintosh that began to purposely send their young men to Neon. They began to go to Prehnite too. All went from Prehnite Guard School.
At this time, Erst sent for the guard crew and Erudite asked Draing, to take care of the bunch of ruffians. A few, new recruits, needed to be toughened up. Erst laughed at the military sense of it. Then, Erst asked, “What would happen to the girl?”
“I don’t know, what I call you?” Asked Erst.
“Windette or Winda will do, your majesty,” said Winda.
“What is going to happen to that girl now?” Asked Erst.
“Well, we will take care of her. She will go to working, as a maid, after she is better. She will clean floors for a while, and do kitchen work. Anyway, she will recover, later probably,” said Winda.
“That is a shame. She did not want to be a courtesan. That is rough duty,” said Erst. Winda nodded. After a week, the culprits were rounded up and Ben came and took a look at them, the perpetrators. They were surprised, Ben could rewind the attack.
Ben (Thoth’s son) used his astro projection, all the culprits were put in the Prehnite jail. They saw what they had done in Ben’s astro projection code. They were punished. Ian put the worst of them in the worst of the mining. They all died in a few years or months later. The Erbiums sent the worst of the verses, to die in the mines for heinous crimes. Anyway, a message was sent out, to not mess, with the Erbiums of Neon. Some like the ruffian, had not, heard the message, despite Errer telling them to beware, “A reckoning was coming for them.”
The Gypsum Renton War Rohan and Savannah
Meanwhile, back to the Rentons attempt to win the Gypsum war. Rohan got to the princess Savannah just in time. He grabbed her mouth and telepathically told her of the danger. He let her go, as she was quiet. She had a room behind her own room to hide. She pointed to the closet, then made her bed quickly. She could make things move with her mind and fly also.
No one would know the room was being used. Rohan saw the guards open the doors, next to him. He was so fast, getting to the door with Savannah to the secret room, the Renton guard did not see them. There was a room behind the closet. It was hidden but not on purpose. It was for her nanny, when she was young. The room was not currently, occupied. She pushed the door to the closet open. She looked at the door behind. Rohan noticed the secret sliding door.
The closet had been half of what it was now, but the room hadn’t been used for some time. When the closet was enlarged, the nurses room was hidden.
“Savannah, the Renton’s are here,” said Rohan. She made the bed in moments. She was going towards the door, to the secret room, as she put the finishing touches on the bed. No one would know, she slept the night before on the bed, she made, at a moments notice. Savannah levitated over Rohan, as they made the bed. Both had their hands on the door, as they closed it the Renton’s entered her bedroom. They would have to keep the closet door closed while Savannah pulled the sliding door to the nanny room open. They thought to each other.
“I will follow the panel in back of me, and open it,” said Savannah. She reached the sliding door opened it, but as the men entered the room, Rohan slowly closed the door to the front room, and held it, while Savannah pulled the sliding door to the nanny room open.
“The lock (to the nanny door) makes a lot of noise,” said Savannah. “Make it go slow and hold the door closed, so they will not know we are here,” thought Savannah to Rohan. He was stepping on her nightgown. She returned to where he was and thought to help him close and lock the closet.
“I must not think about her right now,” thought Rohan. It took about a few minutes to twist the lock. One would need a key but it would be thought no one was in the closet when they broke the door down. Rohan had strength so the guards could not push the door open. The guards finally opened the closet but before that, part of Savannah’s nightgown was under the door.
“I don’t think, anyone is in the closet. The bed is made. I think the door is stuck,” said the Renton. Look at that. There is a nightie under the door. Let’s pull that chiffon, that is under the door out and let the entire room, be declared empty.
“Well, the chiffon nightie is stuck too,” said another Renton scum.
“Savannah this is not the time for modesty. Take off the night gown,” thought Rohan. She quickly took the nightie off. The Renton’s pulled the entire nightie from under what seemed like the locked door. Rohan tore the nightie, so it seemed feasible and would slid the panel back in place. Rohan made it look like the nightie was caught on something. Savannah now naked, pulled away from Rohan and was in the back nanny room. Rohan finally had the sliding door closed, so, in retrospect, thesis what happened.
Quickly, Rohan had put the lock opener in front of the nanny rooms sliding door, inside the closet. He with speed, so fast he was not seen, pushed the clothes in front of himself and slid the door to the last room, the nanny’s bedroom closed. He let the closet door open and closed the other as he sped to the final room and slid the door closed and locked it, with the inside lock. The last room was not visible to the Rentons. They did not see past the closet. There was a contraption a pole to open the door, from the closet, if the last room was locked from inside the nanny room. The contraption would slide the door open from the closet. The Rentons did not notice this pole. They were clueless that Savannah and Rohan were in a room behind the closet.
Currently, Savannah was panting and had no clothes on. She looked around and into the closet in the other room. She had her sweat pants and a shirt in the closet on the floor. She picked up these clothes and put them on quickly.
She had a nightgown in the closet also. She had underpants in a drawer. these clothes were extra’s, she bought for a trip, when she had her baggage lost, one time. After the trip, she just put the bag in the room. She did put the underwear in the chest of drawers. She hadn’t worn the new under things. Savannah thought, “She would be ready at a moment’s notice.” She had another tooth brush and toothpaste in the room. (She had been afraid, she would lose her toiletries, so she doubled up on them.) That was good, for Rohan did not think, to bring anything with him in his haste to help Savannah. Both would have their own toothbrush.
“Well, she is trying to be modest,” thought Rohan. Although Rohan was not a shape shifter, he could remember a scene over and over, similar to Devlin. This was a Gloom power. His great grand father was Devel, as Devlin’s father was Devel. They had the same traits most times. Fortunately for Rohan, he, for this task, had the abilities of that evil Gloom.
It must be said afterwards, Rohan relived the scene of his seeing the princess let her clothes float off her body. He went so deep the princess, never knew, while she was single, Rohan watched her disrobing, many a times from his ability to see a scene over again. He was a study. He would call the princess a slut, but he had no problem, watching her very innocent discarding her nightgown, to keep them both from getting killed. He did not think, himself bad.
Most of Rohan’s quirks could be attributed to his father Devel. Devel had fathered four male children and one female. Rohan’s mother had been the daughter of Grizzle and he was the son of Ramona and Devel. All his male descendants would have, the fast and strong power.
“Sir, let’s sleep in this wing. That beds looks comfortable in this area,” said one of the Renton men.
“Sounds like a good idea,” said the Renton captain. Neither Rohan nor Savannah were happy with this arrangement. They would be stuck in the one small room. Fortunately, the room had a bathroom a closet and a chest of drawers. Rohan was in sweats. He could wash his sweat pants in the sink, His sweatshirt went down over his privates. He could pull the sweat pants up over his privates, too so his washing his clothes was much more simple, than Savannah’s. He and she could be discrete, about dressing and un******ng in the bathroom.
Fortunately, they only had to wash once both tops and bottoms. (Section 32 is about Erudite being caught, unaware and imprisoned by the Rentons. Erudite had Bjorn, the Renton prince, become familiar. The prince, who had powers, bested Erudite twice, then they prince Bjorn and Erudite drank together. Erudite drank the prince, under the table but this did help. The Renton General Dyfed wanted the prince to see the torture, of Erudite and the prince would not be sober for some time. Dyfed would wait. This would help Extant and Bastian arrive at the castle, go through the secret passageways, collect the destination crystal and use the crystal, to collect the weapons of the Rentons.
