Care isn’t a service—it’s the system we choose to build.

When infrastructure is designed as care, it integrates housing, energy, mobility, and public space into one measurable framework. It’s about setting the standard.

Cities that lead this way unlock lasting value: metrics that prove impact, value held locally, and partnerships that break silos for good.

If your city is ready to lead, the blueprint is here.

Our Executive Leadership Training equips C-Suite leaders with a regenerative leadership toolkit to look past today’s barriers and unlock solutions that endure. You’ll learn to:

Spot Constraints: Recognize the invisible fences holding back innovation

Design Possibilities: Tailor strategies that meet real needs, not just check boxes

Dismantle Barriers: Transition from mere compliance to restorative action

Pioneer Circular Systems: Embed net-positive thinking into every decision

If you’re ready to rethink resources, remove hidden fences, and pioneer circular strategies that transcend the status quo, let’s talk.

DM us to explore a bespoke workshop for your leadership team.

We are looking forward to speaking at BIOVERSE 25 next week in Minneapolis.

BIOVERSE 25 is shaping up to be one of the most important convenings in this space—with a speaker lineup that includes many of the top minds, strategists, and executives leading the shift from extractive to regenerative logic.
If you're in Minneapolis, we would love to see you join the dialogue. This is about more than innovation—it’s about transforming how we define economic success.

This year, our CEO, Bjorgvin Saevarsson, will be sharing our local and global experience on the evolving business case for circular and restorative economic action—why it’s no longer just a moral imperative, but a strategic advantage.

What happens when industry, government, and science stop patching problems—and start designing systems?

In our work with 3M Europe, we joined a dedicated team navigating the evolving demands of science, regulation, and impact. Defining success as a move from reactive fixes to future-ready systems.

Together we built a framework and a roadmap that the 3M team was able leverage to engage government regulators to redefine the authority, role and responsibility between industry and government.

The framework that was adopted served the regional industrial communities at scale, empowering the region to progress towards a net zero, economically competitive design.

First step: where are you today and where do you need to go

Successful circular design projects for all organizations begin with an assessment plan to decode the complexity. At , our proprietary Assessment Protocol identifies your true starting conditions: structural risks, hidden feedbacks, and systemic liabilities that conventional planning often overlooks. We chart a strategic pathway from where you are now to where your system needs to evolve—closing the gap between ambition and implementation, and ensuring that design, capital, and capacity align at every step.

Urban change isn't theoretical—it's happening.

In DC, San Francisco, Minneapolis, and St. Paul, Group has partnered with governments, communities, and impact-focused businesses to design solutions that close loops, reclaim value, and build lasting capacity.

These cities show what’s possible when business partners step in—not just as vendors, but as conveners and solution providers. The shift to circular, equitable urban systems doesn’t happen through policy alone. It happens when the private sector joins the conversation.

The move from linear to circular requires measurement at all levels

It can seem overwhelming for an organization to think holistically...to build a plan towards full circularity across all economic, social, and environmental dimensions. Where all externalities are fully accounted for and equity loss/gain can be accurately, reliably measured.

To ensure success, a complete suite of proven and modern metrics is needed to measure progress towards restorative performance. Think about what you need to measure - resilience, economic development, resource security - what are the key elements for your organization?
