During the session, he walked participants through his company’s Exposure Checklist, a practical tool designed to help nonprofits, governments, and courts identify at-risk programs, especially those serving youth and prepare for potential cutbacks beginning in .

The conversation highlighted strategies to navigate reductions, including mapping replacement funds, scoring program impact, and creating scenario plans to sustain critical services through 2028.

This event was part of Mayers Strategic Solutions’ nationwide effort to help communities confront federal funding challenges with foresight and actionable planning.
