Hi, I'm Jonathan! Here's a little bit about me (and why I do what I do):

If I’m not in my office, I’m likely chasing around my two-year-old, Bodie—who is easily the most incredible (and energetic) person I know. He and my fiancé are my world, and they’re the reason I’m such a fierce advocate for small business owners. I know exactly what’s at stake when you’re building something of your own.

I’ve spent the better part of my career in the agency world. I love it. I love the edge, the creativity, and the fact that "boring" isn't in the job description. But being in the trenches for years meant I saw everything: the good, the bad, and the absolute ugly.

My "Lightbulb" Moment
I spent years watching the same patterns repeat. I saw companies choose the "cheaper option" only to pay for it twice later. I saw leaders hire an old contact from a previous job, only to realize the chemistry was gone. I’ve even been at agencies where we lost business simply because of a "North-and-South" misalignment—great people, wrong fit. It really bothered me that most brands don't realize they’ve made a mistake until the contract is signed and the clock (and budget) is ticking. I knew there had to be a way to catch those red flags before the money was spent.

That’s where Project Oddity comes in. I don't claim to have it all figured out, but I’ve been lucky enough to be mentored by wildly smart minds in the industry. They taught me that advertising is the coolest industry in the world—but only when you get the partnership right.

So, I made it simple. I spend my time learning exactly what a brand needs, then I introduce them to agencies they’ve likely never heard of. If you hire them, awesome. If not, we part as friends. It’s free for the brands I help, meaning there is zero to lose and a whole lot of growth to gain.

I’m here to help you "get it right" the first time. Whether you want to talk shop or just share stories about the chaos of raising a toddler, my DMs are always open.
