Some years ask questions.
Other years give you answers for things you've felt for a long time but could never explain.
For years, I thought holding a leadership title at 25, working with household-name brands, developing up-and-coming executives, advising CEOs, and working on world-changing global initiatives marked milestones of my success.
Let me be clear. I'm grateful for every one of these opportunities.
But with every achievement, something never fully settled in my spirit.
Looking back, I know these experiences were a part of God preparing me for something much bigger than I could even imagine.
I remember the day I took this picture. (April 11, 2018). I was doing something I never imagined I would be doing. And at the same time, I could sense God showing me there was still so much more for me.
I didn't know exactly what that meant then.
I just knew my next level required a different relationship with the value I was creating.
Years later, I realize the patterns I’ve seen in organizations and enterprises are human patterns. And I’ve always been called to bring this work to people, entrepreneurs, business owners, and builders who know there is more value in them and their work than they have fully tapped into.
I came to realize that every experience, every opportunity, and every room was preparing me for my version of what God calls "greater works."
And when I share my story, you won’t just hear you’ll hear your story in mine.
