It was an honor for DeafGain, facilitated by Chris, to provide a great board training experience for LAD where they leveled up with each other. We are excited to watch them create great results using the magic “hedgehog” style. And oh, the food was out of this world!

Many Thanks to Chris Haulmark of DeafGain for his in-depth board training with us over the past weekend in New Orleans. We also took this opportunity to learn more about each other; our strengths and weaknesses. We look forward to working together for the next 2 years!

Montana Legislative Update!

There will be two sessions this coming week regarding MSDB - Montana School for the Deaf and Blind - that will have ASL interpreters.

The sessions will occur on 02/11 (Tuesday) from 8:30 am - 12 pm MST and at 3 pm - 5 pm via Zoom.

For the morning session on 02/11, the bill information is related to MSDB budget.

For the afternoon session on 02/11, the bill information is: HB 151. You can find more information on HB 151 bill with this link: https://www.legmt.gov/bills/
