Appreciated people always give more!

Have you ever noticed that feeling that that you get when you’ve done something that has helped someone?

As a leader how do you ensure that your team feels that way, often? How do you let them know that they’ve done something good and you appreciate them?
How do you show up for your team and elevate them in a way that allows them to feel great about their contribution? This is important! This is the carrot on the stick that helps them move forward and show up as their best self. Great leaders lead from the back and remember that an appreciated person will always give more!
