What an incredible week in Mobile, Alabama! EWI members from across the country gathered for the 2026 Leadership Conference & Annual Meeting (LCAM) to connect, learn, lead, and celebrate the power of women supporting women.
Thank you to everyone who attended, presented, volunteered, and helped showcase the hospitality, history, and beauty of Mobile. We are honored to have hosted this memorable event and look forward to carrying the momentum forward throughout the year.
Kudos to Melinda Edwards (CrowderGulf) for delivering our inspiration and to Marcina Lang (USA College of Medicine) for introducing Mayor Spiro Cheriogotis at the Kickoff Breakfast. Additionally, as Chapter President and Vice President/President-Elect, respectively, these ladies served as our Chapter's delegates to the Annual Meeting too. Outstanding job and thank you for your continued service to EWI of Mobile, ladies!
Special thanks to CrowderGulf for sponsoring the Welcome Reception; the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park and its Crew Mates; the City of Mobile, Mayor Spiro Cheriogotis, and the Azalea Trail Maids for giving our attendees such a warm Mobile welcome; Brianna Burrell for a beautiful rendition of the National Anthem; the Renaissance Riverview Plaza Hotel and its exceptional staff for flawlessly managing countless event details; and MH3 Printing for producing the conference signage, printed materials, and EWI swag.
We also want to thank Airbus USA and the USA College of Medicine for sending additional team members to experience EWI firsthand. LCAM 2026 was truly a team effort, made possible by EWI member firm representatives from across the country. We are especially grateful to the members of EWI of Mobile, whose dedication and collaboration helped make this event extra special.
Thank you for helping make LCAM 2026 a tremendous success!
