Happy 1 Year Work-a-versary, Emma!

It’s hard to believe it’s already been a full year since you joined the team on October 6th!

Born and raised right here in Dallas, Oregon, Emma impressed us right out the gate. She brings so much heart, wit, and dedication to everything she does.

When she’s not crushing it at work, you can usually find her spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends, watching motocross every weekend, or loving on her fur babies, Miso and Pan. She often wistfully views adoption sites for all the cats and dogs she wishes she could take home. She keeps us entertained with all her animal-related misadventures!

Thank you for an incredible first year, Emma! We’re so lucky to have you on the team. Here’s to many more wins, big milestones, and awesome memories ahead!

After 541 days, we're happy to report that Melissa finally got the hot dog she was craving. 🌭

If you see our commercials at Independence Cinema you know exactly what we're talking about. 😂 Stop by to catch a movie at our local movie theater and keep your eyes peeled for a new MINET commercial coming soon!

Sometimes the work siblings get in a tiff 😅 but we never let the banter get in the way of providing expert care to every single customer within our network! 😎

If you have a work sibling, you know exactly what we're talking about. 🤣

The 5 stages of buffering. 😅

If this is a regular occurrence in your household, it's time to switch to MINET.

3 years ago, Melissa joined our team as the quiet, shy one, and over the years we've gotten to watch her confidence grow and her personality really shine through!

These days, Melissa keeps us entertained with her countless random facts and news updates she reads on the internet.

She’s also our resident video game expert, but when it comes to movies… well, that’s a different story. If we start quoting a famous movie, there’s a very good chance Melissa has absolutely no idea what we’re talking about. Her ever-growing list of “must-see” movies has become a team project at this point.

It has been so much fun watching Melissa grow over the past three years. She is a wonderful teammate, a genuine joy to have on our team, and someone who brings her own special brand of humor, fun, and random internet knowledge to the workplace.

Happy 3 years, Melissa! Here’s to many more years of jokes, fun facts, video games, and movie recommendations.
