Brown & Sharpe No. 2 Universal Horizontal Mill. Heavy little thing. Comes in around 4000 pounds. On the 1st go the skid loader wouldnt pick it up, the 2nd go, the payloader did. Thank you to all that helped and getting it done.

New piece of equipment added to the list. Brown and Sharpe No. 2 Universal Horizontal Mill, plus universal milling attachment. Heavy little guy, close to 4000 pounds. Roughly a 3 hour drive one way to get it

Getting ready to cut some IH 560, 660 Clutch and Brake Pedal Shafts. Clocked the 2 Keyways, hole etc.. One is already sold as of yesterday before I even got it cut.

Have a potential large retail customer possibly wanting to work together for more of these and other work they have, crossing my fingers in hopes of it working out. When its made in the USA, it should stay in the USA.

IHC 706 PTO Housing.
Boring Out a Heavily Worn Bearing Area to Install a New PTO Housing Bushing . New Bushing Needs a .001" Press Fit.

Ford 3000, got the new bushing made and pressed into place. Sized to accept the king pin. Yep, the king pin does have wear, but he didnt have another, so this one goes back into it. Drilled and tapped 1/8-27 for a grease zerk. Dont know what Ford was thinking not having a grease zerk in this area. Some may question why the new bushing isnt bronze, which is a legit question. The old one was steel with a steel band around it. Maybe for the size and thickness and width, excessive wear might be an issue? But its done and ready for customer pickup. Be good for another 40 years.
