I was talking to my spouse the other day about the idea of the ✨invisible workload✨ – the weight of having to think about & plan everything.

This is referred to as the invisible workload because even if you're not the one doing everything, you might be the one THINKING about all the things, and making all the decisions.

Trying something new and putting the point in the pics vs the caption.

Plus it was too long to fit.

But for real you guys, I JUST had a colleague reach out to me for help bc she was growing like crazy but couldn't build her team so she could keep up with her business.

Why?

No systems. No workflows. Sending everything manually.

Like she onboarded 5 new clients in 1 week. Had 6 more sales calls already scheduled for the next week.

Gone are the days that our only hope for a sliver of freedom was working for the “MAN” at some 9-5 slum.

There is a difference between them, one of them being time. Your time.

💥Newsflash💥 Attaining an OBM is not a permission slip to peace out in your biz.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
