Managing Director and owner Al Prosuk ([email protected]) has been in the experimental test industry for 30+ years with both practical and commercial experience. Initially with IBM and Hughes Aircraft (Raytheon) as an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer he gained practical testing experience running the AMRAMM environmental qualification program. He has worked for Schlumberger Technologies and LMS International as a product specialist, product manager, area manager and national sales manager. in 1992 (www.mpihome.com) and worked as Managing Director for over 20 years. Al remains a shareholder in m+p international GmbH which he helped grow to a 15+ million dollar international company today. Stephen Briggs
Stephen Briggs is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in Finance. He owned and operated Commodity Futures Brokerage firms as well as serving as a Governor of The Commodity Exchange. He is still a contributing source for weekly Commentary on Natural Gas for Bloomberg. Stephen is the Partner in charge of financing as well as managing the daily operations of CoherenceNJ. Olear II
Mr. Olear has over 30 years of experience in the field of Environmental Testing. He began his career at Texas Instruments at the Materials and Controls Group where he ran the Environmental Lab. He has tested automotive parts such as air bag sensors, pressure switches and low g accelerometers used in active suspension systems. On the military side he has tested aircraft circuit breakers, thermostats used on satellites and hermetic switches. From there he moved on to Contech Research where he was responsible for running the vibration lab, doing failure analysis, frequency response analysis, and developing test programs. He was also involved in the expansion of the lab as well as servicing the equipment. George is a past president of the Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology and currently serves as the Treasurer of the local chapter. He has also written and taught courses on Vibration Testing, Climatic testing, and Connector testing. George has a B.S. in Chemistry from Worcester Polytecnic Institute and an MBA from Providence College. Alan Merrick
Alan has worked 35 years designing and testing aircraft engine nacelles, remote control submersibles, trucks and spacecraft. Designed and installed electro-hydraulic, thermal and software driven machines for manufacturing and test, an expert in all aspects of dynamic testing and root cause analysis. Well known in the vibration community for troubleshooting vibration systems and has an in depth understanding of vibration control systems, data acquisition and modal analysis. He has solved problems that have plagued companies that others have not been able to uncover. These include vibration on an engine that shutoff the fuel on max-power, brake drum with deafening resonance, slip tables that constantly went out of adjustment. Lead in the specification, design, installation and verification testing of many multi-million dollar test facilities, saving hundreds of thousands for the company with good specifications, strong design reviews, quality verification of the hardware and the installation work. A stickler for complete acceptance test where difficult problems hide and cost thousands in later rework if not found.
