🚨Last Day to join 90 Days to DONE
Today is Day 1.

At 6 PM Central tonight, the founding member group of 90 Days to DONE begins.

And I have been thinking about you this morning.

Not the people who already said yes.
👀The ones who have been watching.
You know what you want.
You have known for a while.
But something keeps getting in the way.

AI doesn’t work when your business is still scattered. AI is not fixing your business if you are still unclear. It multiplies whatever system you already have. So if you are clear, focused, and committed, AI can help you move faster. But if you are scattered, overwhelmed, and changing direction every five minutes, AI just helps you spin faster. Day 1 of 90 with Claude Code. Learning it. Testing it. Sharing it. Because once I figure this out, I want to help as many women entrepreneurs as possible use AI without feeling overwhelmed or behind. We’re not sitting this wave out.

Claude Code and I worked very hard today.

It's like training a new employee.

You have to slow down to speed up.

You know you could get it done faster but you also know you can't grow without help.

So today I slowed way down.

I'm not just building this for me, I'm building this for all the women entrepreneurs who know they "should be using AI" but not really sure how to get started or how to get the value that everybody keeps talking about.

We didn't get everything done that we planned but we got a LOT done! And setup our automation flow (and skills) to make it easier going forward.

At the end, I said I'm tired and this is what he said:

Dare to Dream Day 1 was incredible.

So many insights and ah-ha moments.

Here's what Kim said at the end of the call.

"I really appreciated all the examples you showed us. I can really see how when we have a system that we learned, I can really see how it makes things easier."

Here's what Patricia said
"A great first day! I enjoyed every second of it, and I’m so happy I finally decided to attend. I now feel committed to attending the remaining two meetings."

In 2019, I invested $4,000 on a dream.

There’s a book called Change or Die.

It asks a pretty confronting question.

What does it take to make lasting change because most people don't change.

Even after major heart surgery, when doctors tell patients their life depends on changing their lifestyle, most still don’t make lasting changes.

Why?

Because real change requires belief in a future that is better than today and the willingness to do the hard thing today so life is easier later.

Real change requires:

Clarity about what you truly want

Structure to help you follow through
