The customer list of 300+/- are repeat customers that need services yearly. We already have repairs that need to be done in the spring booked with customers, along with those that use us for their spring startups.
You can continue to maintain the current client list or add in some marketing and grow your client base. The potential for growth is huge. The area has grown and continues to grow at an unprecedented rate.
There is not a lot of competition for these services currently in comparison to the amount of demand.
We do sprinkler system start-ups, maintenance, repairs, and crucial winterizations along with the
same for swamp coolers.
Many of our customers have us do both their cooler and sprinkler system start-ups and winterizations.
You can also add in as many system installations that you can as the area is growing by leaps and
bounds.

We just upgraded to this compressor last season and it worked amazing. Better for
sprinkler blowouts than a majority of compressors out there as it has a lower psi range to keep from damaging clients' systems.
Also available if wanted a backup older 197? Sullair 185cfm workhorse compressor that needs some carburetor work and a new battery (price negotiable on it separate from the business)
Assortment of fittings for the compressor to help with winterizations, a range of pipe, fittings, and a few specialty tools.
