Have you heard of tech neck?

Marnie, the owner of took a few minutes in our meeting last week to show us some simple stretches you can do right at your desk. It's easy to forget how important it is!

We sit. A lot. We hunch. We hold tension in our necks and shoulders and needed this reminder to pause throughout our busy work days.

Stretching during the day isn’t some big wellness routine. It’s taking care of your body while you’re building your life and business.

This is one of my favorite parts of being in community with other women. We learn things we actually use.

Make sure to look up "tech neck" and add a little stretching to your routine.

Our annual Uplift Christmas party wasn’t just cute pajamas and festive vibes (though… yes to both). It was laughter that felt like relief. Conversations that felt safe. Women who genuinely want to see each other win, not just in business, but in life.

This room is full of business owners who show up, share resources, celebrate wins, hold space on hard days, and choose community over competition every single time. That kind of support is rare and powerful.

So grateful for the friendships, the trust, and the way we continue to grow together year after year. If you’ve ever wished for a space where you don’t have to do it all alone… this is what Uplift is about. 🎄✨
