I was able to visit Waverly last weekend, and had several interactions with the spirits who reside there. Here is one of the videos I took. Mind you, this is toward the end of the conversation. I was able to learn that I was speaking with a woman in her 70s. She wasn’t a TB patient, but was there when it was a geriatric facility. This was on the first floor.

Hello to all our paranormal enthusiasts!

We are still attempting to get a group of people to do an overnight investigation at Waverly Hills. If you, or someone you know, would be interested, please reach out to us!

Also, we are looking at investigating the Ohio State Reformatory. A private overnight’s total is $1,500 for 15 people or less. If we can get enough people, that would be $100/person. Below is the link to their site for you to read more about their conditions and how they operate. We could also do a public overnight, which is cheaper.

Waverly Hills Sanatorium overnight investigation mid to late summer….who’s interested? Seriously inquiries please 😁.

1. We need a minimum of 8 people, but can possibly add a few more. Have to gauge interest first.

2. This would most likely be on a Sunday, which means taking off the following Monday, for those that would apply to (like me lol). The overnight is from 8pm until 4am.

3. The cost is $110 per person (nonrefundable).

4. All tickets need to be purchased at the same time, which means $ would need to be collected prior to the event date.

5. Food and soft drinks/ice tea will be provided by yours truly at no extra cost.
