🚑 Shoutout to the Mercury Team! 🚨
Today, our EMT students had the incredible opportunity to learn from Sandy Lynch Massi, who visited the GCEMS Academy to teach an essential lesson on Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM).
As our students prepare to begin their clinical ride-along, understanding the impact of high-stress situations and how to manage them is crucial for their well-being and longevity in EMS. The Mercury Team’s expertise and insights will help them build resilience and develop healthy coping strategies as they step into the field.
💙 Thank you to the Mercury Team for your time, knowledge, and dedication to supporting first responders! Your guidance will make a lasting impact on the next generation of EMTs.

Happy Holidays and thank you responder family!
