Is your Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) just a bag of gear, or are you truly ready to use it?
Viking Training Solutions is offering a one-of-a-kind, hands-on opportunity to stress-test your medical knowledge and equipment in a highly realistic, dynamic environment. This isn't a classroom lecture—it's the real deal.
🩸 The Training:
• Three Real-Life Medical Scenarios: You'll face challenging situations designed to push your skills to the limit.
• Day and Night Ops: The training will include both daylight and low-light scenarios to add an extra layer of realism.
• Use Your Own Gear: You will use your personal medical kit to treat casualties, allowing you to identify what works and what doesn't under pressure. Minimum requirement: Bring an IFAK.
• Realistic Environment: This is the most realistic medical training you can find. Expect to get dirty and potentially damage your clothing—do not wear anything you care about!
🗺️ When & Where:
• Date: October 25th
• Meet-Up: 1730 (5:30 PM) at 3280 NC 69 Hayesville NC 28904.
• Movement: We will promptly move to an off-site location at 1800 (6:00 PM). Do not be late!
• Conclusion: Training will conclude no later than 2200 (10:00 PM).
📝 What You Need:
1. Your Medical Gear: At minimum, your IFAK. Bring any other equipment you want to train with.
2. Appropriate Clothing: Wear old clothing that you don't mind getting dirty or damaged.
3. Snacks: A short break period will be provided, so bring any snacks and water you'll need.
