Join Hackley Community Care as they celebrate National Health Center Week with their 4th Annual Community Block Party!

This FREE, family-friendly event is open to everyone and will feature:
-Free lunch and refreshments
-Free backpacks with school supplies for the first 400 children (child must be present; while supplies last)
-Community resources and local organizations
-Health information and screenings
-Kids' activities, face painting, games, and more
-Music, giveaways, and fun for the whole family

Bring the whole family and enjoy an afternoon of fun while learning about the many resources available in our community. We hope to see you there!
