To all of Mark’s loyal clients, friends, and supporters —

As many of you now know, Mark is currently fighting MSI-High locally advanced Stage 3 re**al cancer and recently suffered a life-threatening medical emergency that has left him unable to work at this time.

First and foremost, we want to thank everyone for the overwhelming love, prayers, messages, and support shown to our family during this incredibly difficult time. It truly means more than words can express.

We know many of you rely on Mark for your HVAC needs, and while his health and recovery are the main priority right now, we also understand concerns about ongoing service calls and customer needs. Please know that if needed, arrangements are being made to help assist with HVAC services during this time so customers are not left without support. I (Melissa Wife) will be checking his phone and answering calls to take care of anything at this time. Mark does have a team to help at this time.

We kindly ask for patience, understanding, and continued prayers as our family navigates the days ahead. Right now, Mark’s focus needs to be on healing, recovering, and fighting this battle.
