With some summer heat still left, our lawns are still growing and your mower is still getting plenty of use. If your mower has been getting harder to start, running rough, losing power, or just isn't performing like it should, now is a good time to have it looked at.

As many of you have noticed, we are currently experiencing an unusually high volume of phone calls, voicemails, and text messages. During our busiest times of the year, it may take us 1–2 business days to return messages.

We understand how frustrating that can be, and we sincerely appreciate your patience while we work to respond to every customer as quickly as possible.

To help us serve everyone more efficiently:

• Text messages are generally the fastest way to reach us, though responses may still take up to 1–2 business days during peak periods.
• If your matter is time-sensitive and cannot wait, please stop by the shop during business hours.
• If you're simply checking on the status of equipment that is currently in our shop, we kindly ask that you wait until we contact you unless you have not heard from us beyond the timeframe we provided at check-in. This allows us to spend more time repairing equipment and contacting customers as updates become available.

Our front office is constantly balancing incoming calls, customer visits, parts research, scheduling, and supporting our technicians throughout the day. Every message is important to us, and none are intentionally ignored—we simply work through them in the order they're received.

We'd like to introduce you to the members of our team, Remy and Sam, who have been working behind the scenes to help keep your equipment up and running.

When you drop off your mower, chainsaw, generator, or other equipment, these are the people carefully inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing it. While you may not always see them, they're the reason so many machines leave our shop ready to get back to work.

As we've continued to grow, adding talented people to our team has allowed us to better serve our customers while maintaining the quality of work we're known for.
