One of the ways I help market our niche company is I use my experience as an occupational therapist. We sign on a new client and I will provide the care for the first week or 2 which gives me insight into who is the best caregiver for the client. It will also allow for any changes to the care plan. We tend to take on more complex cases and they require more trained caregivers. What a fun experience! To all of the therapists out there who think only nurses and doctors can open and run a homecare agency, think again!!
