October is mold month. As you return to your Florida home in November, there are some obvious signs to look for. Let us know if you would like to learn more.

It was a privilege to conduct the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp training with Jason and Alicia Blythe, Owners of No Place Like Home Watch, LLC, in Naples, FL.

Jason and Alicia are very excited to begin their journey in the home watch world. Jason comes from a corporate background and Alicia has been working in the home rental market and has seen how important it is to have home watch in place when a property is unoccupied. Jason and Alicia knew the importance of setting up a home watch company by being accredited by the NHWA would set them apart and provide a first class level of service. Jason and Alicia went through a 2 day, one on one training including onsite home watch inspections/checks, business curriculum and curriculum tailored to the Southeastern U.S.

What I liked most about training Jason and Alicia was they knew the extra level of care would lead them to clients that wanted that same level of professional home watch. They were both able to see right away how they could provide an exceptional level of service and build a solid foundation right out of the gate as a new company.

Jason and Alicia completed the Home Watch Boot Camp and also received the designation of “Certified Home Watch Professional”.
