I cannot express how lucky I am to have such a talented handyman available when I need. What you cannot see in the before pictures of the deck are the rotting boards that had been painted over prior to our purchase. Within a years time the weakness of the boards became apparent, and within another year we realized something had to be done. Harold took the job head on, and began the “deck refresh” project.
