As a winemaker, I've learned that some of life's best moments aren't the ones we plan for—they're the ones we pause long enough to notice.

That's the inspiration behind our newest release, NV Blanc de Noirs 'Through Rose Colored Glasses.' Sara and I have always believed in finding beauty and joy in the everyday. Not because life is perfect, but because perspective matters. The wildflowers growing through the weeds, as Sara so elegantly expresses on this bottle.

We decided on the following tasting notes: strawberry, white raspberry, apple blossom, toasted brioche and a whisper of meringue come together in a wine that's graceful and vibrant.

We'd love to see you. Stop by. Taste it. Pick up a bottle or two. And then, don't save it for someday. That's our take.

We stopped by Wegmans this week and noticed they’re fully stocked with everyone’s favorite summer shellfish… and honestly, it got us thinking about our favorite summer pairing too. 🦪🍋

Now before anyone asks — no, we are NOT shucking oysters at the winery. 😂

But if you’re planning a seafood night at home, there’s something about our “Definitely Maybe” Sauvignon Blanc that just belongs on the table. Crisp, refreshing, bright, and made for warm summer evenings.

While we’re excited about a couple of new releases this month, the Sauvy Blanc continues to steal the spotlight.
