What is that thing?

Monitoring humidity levels and temperatures accurately in the larger homes require a bit more attention.
Our team utilizes portable hygrometers placed throughout multi level homes.
Some of our clients have 3 and 4 story homes and this tool provides data to maintain ideal conditions within the home while they are away.

Gigi Home Watch team members do a regular customized walk-through of your home, digitally reporting on each visit for accountability. This includes extensive checking and reporting of all water zones, electrical panel, lighting/fan operations, HVAC systems, as well as the overall condition of the home and property. We look for leaks, pests, and mold—all of which can be present in homes left vacant for even the shortest time.
If an issue or incident is found, we immediately notify you and provide a detailed report and photos. We will recommend a choice of vetted professionals and resources.
