On behalf of Elder Services of Worcester Area, Inc. (ESWA), I want to share our appreciation for the outstanding service Granite State Technical (GST) provided during the installation of our new generator system. The project began in January 2026 and was completed in February 2026. While the overall timeline extended longer than expected due to unanticipated delays from the gas company and a generator relocation required by building management, GST stayed engaged and responsive throughout.
Throughout the process, GST demonstrated professionalism, flexibility, and technical expertise. Their team worked closely with ESWA staff and building management to ensure all requirements were met, including careful coordination around complex site and infrastructure needs.
This generator installation is a critical component of ESWA’s business continuity plan. With reliable backup power to our server room, ESWA can maintain access to essential systems and information, allowing staff to continue supporting consumers even during extended power outages.
