Pointe Dynasty is involved in ground up construction, development and redevelopment projects, repositions, manage multiple value add assets, performed GC duties as well as actively Property Managed assets across 12 states. Currently, the team has ownership in 4000+ units and manage units across Tennessee, Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Texas, and Virginia. Pointe Dynasty actively have acquisitions and developments in hotels, agriculture, and high end retail, with most of their assets lying in net leased multifamily assets.
