We are hiring!
Hi! We are a small garden maintenance company that has served residential gardens for 10 years. We use biodynamic and organic practices and strive to take care of gardens with the best interest of all creatures large and small in mind. We are looking for someone who can take lead in a garden.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- at least 1-2 years of garden and customer service experience.
- time management skills
- organizational skills
- an eye for detail
- love of the outdoors and be able to tolerate the TN summers and bugs that come with it.
- enjoyment of working primarily alone and sometimes with others.
- plant knowledge and can explain reasoning to clients for why we do what we do.
- kittens

This position is for seasonal work for 8-9 months out of the year starting in March and ending on average at the end of November.
Minimum hour requirement is average 23-28 hours per week. Pay is $18-$20 based on experience
36-40 hour work weeks may be requested.

Hi neighbors!

I am looking for someone to work with me at the gardens around town that I take care of. These gardens range from Bellevue, Franklin, East Nashville, Green Hills, and Belmont areas. We are mostly doing weeding, some planting, mulching, pruning, and hedge trimming. Gardening runs from about mid February / early March to mid December, but is generally slow at the beginning and end of the season.

If gardening isn't your thing or you want to mix up your working routine a little, we also have a home cleaning business with plenty of clients to keep you busy. We have high standards for the cleaning jobs, but time will fly right by and you'll get to work indoors.

- Pay is $14-$17 per hour depending on experience
- Hours: I typically work Monday through Friday 8:00/9:00am - 4:00/5:pm.

Spring will be here before we know it! Last year flew by and we spent so much time outside that we didn't post very much on facebook. We are in weeding, pruning and mulching mode. We are still wrapping up a few designs to install this spring and are currently booking for April and May for maintenance. Keep us in mind for your gardening needs. In these photos these bulbs were planted in the fall. Next fall be sure and plant some bulbs or we will be happy to do it if you are too busy. We love these spring flowers bringing spring cheer. Do yourself a favor if you have some shade and plant some hellebores, and learn the boiling water technique for making their bloom last longer as a cut flower. If you would like a blooming shrub this time of year we recommend a camellia and if you would like a blooming tree we recommend a tulip magnolia.
