🧠 Resilient leadership - It isn’t about never breaking.....it’s about learning how to bend and bounce back stronger. 🌼 Have you ever seen a dandelion and wondered how on earth did it grow in a concerete slab!! Dandelions are often dismissed as a w**d - unwanted and overlooked. But what if we looked closely........ A dandelion grows where it's not supposed to. It pushes through concrete, survives storms, and keeps showing up even after being stepped on, cut down, or blown away. No matter what it faces -- it spreads life, with every gust of wind, it releases seeds of possibility.
Resilient leaders are like dandelions, rooted in purpose, yet flexible in the face of pressure. We may bend. We may be misunderstood. But we rise again, spreading strength and hope in places others thought barren.
What the world sees as insignificant and useless is used by God to carry out His purposes!
