We want to thank Senator Mark Pody and Clark Boyd-State Representative District 46 for their leadership on this issue. TDOC is finally holding TTCC accountable. However, the work doesn’t stop here. We’ll keep fighting until all TN prisons are accountable to the people. Safer Prisons. Safer Communities.

The Tennessee Department of Correction will be reducing inmates at privately-run Trousdale Turner in the wake of a prison riot.

Their Transitional Programs provide the stability and support necessary to ensure that the credentials earned while incarcerated can be put to work creating opportunity in the lives of the recently released. Reentry is important work, and we’re honored to play a role in giving people second chances!

June marks National Reunification Month — a time to honor the strength it takes to rebuild and restore family connections.
