Here it comes… 🤪😂 We know what to expect, we know it is crazy busy… So it’s our job to breathe, provide structure & support, and calm amid the craziness.

Plan out your calendar and do what you can to get ahead. For example food prep for the week and getting laundry done on the weekend. Give yourself grace and do things like buy a couple of rotisserie chickens that you pick as soon as you get home so you have an easy protein right at your fingertips. Work smarter not harder and before we know it summer vacation will be here.
