We will be back in River Chase this week for a really nice sale in a home full of like-new furniture, appliances, electronics, decor, and more!

You’ll find a washer & dryer, two refrigerators, a set of KEF LS50 Wireless II speakers, a Pit Barrel Cooker, tons of quality furniture, and a ton of affordable home essentials.

Sale starts Thursday 6/18 at 10am.

We have TWO estate sales this week. Both listings are linked in the comments. These listings are the best place to get the most up-to-date info including addresses, sale dates/times, etc.

June 18-20 in River Chase: This sale is full of high quality, like-new furniture, appliances, kitchen essentials, electronics, and more. Address will be shared tomorrow morning.

June 20 - ONE DAY ONLY in Seguin: We will be reopening our outdoor barn/workshop sale on Linne Rd. for a one-day blowout sale on Saturday. There is still a ton left and we hope you can make it!

We thought we were having a 4-day sale but the weather had other plans.

Since this sale is mostly outdoors, the remainder of our Seguin estate sale at 7150 Linne Rd. has been postponed until Saturday, June 20th.

We will have a ONE DAY BLOWOUT from 9am to 4pm. Stay tuned for discounts and more details as we iron them out this week.

I’ll share photos of what’s left after the rain passes.

UPDATE: We will be CLOSED for the rest of the day. The barn and workshop are very muddy, wet, and slippery making for unsafe shopping conditions. We are keeping an eye on the forecast for Monday and Tuesday.

If you’re planning to come to Seguin for our sale today, please await further updates. As of 9:40am, we are temporarily CLOSED.

The risk of injury is too high with the outdoor terrain, mud, slippery surfaces, and flooding.
